Simple Abundance

Here is my version of Lori's quiltalong,
Simple Abundance.
Thank you Lori...I love this little quilt!
If you want to make one of your own,
take a visit here for her instructions.
I think it has such a romantic-vintage feel to it.
And this is the backing I have chosen.
Could not be more perfect!
The fabric was a generous gift from Kimber over at
I will be basting it and hand quilting it.

My Country Whig Rose is done, so I will share it when I get it from the quilter on Monday.
Have a nice weekend!

  9. Great fabric choices for your version of the quilt, and the backing fabric is just perfect! I used a light colored shirting print, but your's is great. I hope Lori will set up a linky party in a week or two - it would be so fun to see all the different versions that have been made of this little quilt!
