Tis the season!

And I am jolly
 for a couple of reasons!
Another collaborative affair to make an apron and matching coasters for my
 DD's grandparents in-law that is a mouthful.

I have finished drafting and constructing the last block in my
Barbara Buchner Synder 1880 Sampler quilt!
I will take a break over the holidays and be back in the New Year with the border instructions.

Some leaders and enders while piecing the sampler block have lead to multiple pinwheels
that will be used in small quilts to be given as gifts!

the first batch of Christmas cookies is done.

Only 5 more to go!

I love the apron and matching coasters. They're the perfect blend of charm and practicality. Your most recent block turned out beautifully. And those green and pink cookies?!! They are so pretty. I just about went crazy when I saw them! After all, you know that I am a green-and-pink girl.

the apron and coasters are a great gift. i especially love those little 4-patch coasters~!

the pinwheels are fun. isn't it great when we get those little extras from the leaders and enders~!?! sometimes it's quite surprising what gets worked up while doing them.
