A March to Remember!

My son got married!
And what a wedding it was.
Full of love and fun times!
I am in the eggplant dress
(someone should have reminded me NOT to hunch over!)
The lovely lady on the right inspired me to quilt and taught me all I know about 
color and fabric selection.

And I am back at my machine.
Joined Quirky Little Quilts QAL,
a Temecula Quilt Co. project.
Super excited!
Alison Lang brought me her newest design in her 
Flock of Many Colors series.
I will make my sample and write the pattern this summer.
Her other patterns have been a huge success.

And finally,
The Olde World Quilt Shoppe was going to close at the end of March;
but one of the Woolie Bees, 
a group that stitch together at the shoppe on Fridays,
decided to buy it.
Hooray, my LQS will be around a while longer.
Like I said, this was a March to remember.
