Doreen, aka Aunt Reen, is hosting a 13 month QAL for all those interested in doing a modern rendition of the Dear Jane quilt. Go check her out here:
Me??
I have been AWOL the last week or so with the birth of my beautiful granddaughter.
Since so many pictures are snagged or pinned,
I have opted not to post any pictures...sorry.
Of course, I wish technology had the capability of sharing her smell!
As things settle down around here,
I'll be back to finish Izzy's Quilt, aka my 1880 Sampler.
Until then...
Congratulations on a new grandbaby. My youngest grand-daughter will soon be thirteen. A long time since there was a baby to "smell".

ReplyDeleteThanks for the link to the new QAL but I am going quite nuts with all the things that I am doing at the moment.
ReplyDeleteI am going to try meditation and my mantra will be "finish". Do you think that if I say it enough it will happen?
My God daughter recently gave birth to her first child so I am a grand God mother. The event is such a joy and I can only begin to imagine your how wondrous your experience is.
